• Doubles sign-in closes on Monday 13:00. If you can't sign-in yourself, please whatsapp your name and your partner's name as well as age group to 0829579846 in order to sign-in on your behalf.
• Remember to have your own first-aid kit/medication in your bag, as the tournament staff are not allowed to administer any medication.
• Please report at your venue at least 15 minutes before your match time.
• Please check venues and times every day, as it might change due to availability of courts and/or other factors.
