Worst ever tournament i have been to. Poor communication, rude officials, results not being updated to SportyHQ

Very disappointing tournament.
Poor planning.
Only 10 courts for this tournament is not nearly enough.
EXTREMELY POOR communication. Sporty HQ not used/upated at all! Whatapp group info sent through conflicts the little info available on sporty.
Used rain as delay excuse, but IT DID NOT rain. And again... via whatsapp, it was communicated that courts are dry and play not delayed.
u/10 was scheduled for 3consevutive matches on THE LAST day, and NO REST was allowed between matches.
Officials were rude. Shouted on children and parents for no reason, for daring to report for play, for asking about match times that was double booked for singles and doubles. They were chased away like animals.
The orginazer was no where to be seen, behind the safe space of the fence that nobody was allowed to cross, and they put a young girl in front, to face all the drama, confusion and frustration at the entrance.

Really disappointing experience.

Definitely, the Worst tournament ever played due to organization!!
WHY make a what's up group if there is absolutely NO communication.
NO updates on Sporty...
Rules did NOT apply the same to all players.

Not well pllanned at all. Some kids did not play at all on Saturday! DID NOT RAIN. You then schedule 3 plus matches for the last day. Are you mad???

Kinders begin laat in die oggende speel en maak laat in die aande klaar Hou glad nie by program Geen kommunikasie!!!! Sportyhq word nie ge-update!!!!! SWAK swak swak!!!!!!!

This is by far the worst tournament ever attended with a total breakdown of communication. Info not loaded on SportyHQ, parallel WhatsApp group created with conflicting info, unresponsive organizers.... worst of all- matches was still being played 21:00 on Sunday evening.... while Saturday several players played no games (not influenced by rain delay.) The families of Sunday evening players had to arrange for last minute accommodation. Event removed from SportyHQ without all scores loaded. TSA can be sure to receive a record number of formal complaints. Absolutely unprofessional.
